Reservations & Cancellations

1.  All boarding & Daycare Reservations require a credit card on file and a 50% retainer fee.
2. Regular boarding cancellations require a 72 hour notice for retainer fee to be refunded. Failure to give a full 72 hour notice will result in a non refundable retainer fee.
3. Holiday boarding (which is defined as 5 days before or after any bank holiday) requires a 5 day notice for retainer fee to be refunded.
4. Daycare-only reservations must be canceled at least 24 hour in advance. Failure to do so will result in a non refundable retainer fee.
5. All boarding dogs are required to have a compatibility assessment an evaluation day prior to their stay, if your dog does not have their evaluation prior, Paws & Claws will not be able to accommodate boarding.

Credit Card Policy

We require all clients to save a card on file for additional fees and for reservations to be able to accept and confirm reservations. Please add your credit card to the system on the home page by clicking “Saved Cards” this allows you to securely store your credit card on file in the encrypted credit card server. If you have questions, please call, or if you prefer us to save it, you can call in your credit card number to 417-344-3937.

Day Care Closed Dates & Information

The Day Care service are closed on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Easter
July 4th
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

Pet Care Routine When Closed

Only daycare will be closed on these days, our boarding staff will still come in to attend to boarding pets as a normal day for them.

Holiday Pick-Up

Only limited hours of 7:00am – 10:00am are available for drop-off and pick-up on the days that fall on a holiday.

We are aware of extreme circumstances when this may be necessary and may be available in certain cases. Please speak directly to management if this is necessary.
